Digital and Operations Officer

The Bumblebee Conservation Trust is looking for a full-time Digital and Operations Officer to support us in the delivery of our new strategy.
This is an exciting new role within the organisation with a varied remit. It combines many traditional operations tasks, including facilities and event management, admin support, and health and safety, with a strong digital support function. You will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Development as she guides the organisation through a digital evolution. You will be responsible for promoting and implementing digital solutions to current working practices and ensuring that the benefits of digital are considered in the design of all new projects and services going forward. Your first task will be to support colleagues as the organisation transitions to working on the cloud.
You will be an excellent communicator who is technically confident and comfortable using a range of digital tools. You will be self-motivated, able to prioritise your own workload and have excellent organisational, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. As well as a passion for digital, knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding legislation and prior experience of facilities management and minute taking would be beneficial.
