Community guidelines

These guidelines are in place to create a safe environment for everyone on our social media channels and in our communications by email and phone.

Please note that our social media pages, email inboxes and phone line are only monitored between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. However, we cannot always respond to everyone, so please refer to our comprehensive bumblebee FAQ page. Your question might already be answered there: www.bumblebeeconservation.org/bee-faqs/.

We monitor and moderate our communication channels to encourage positive interactions with our members, followers and others, and action for bumblebees. We appreciate feedback and respectful debate, but we may remove comments, block accounts, choose not to continue a phone call or reply to an email with anyone who we consider to be acting in the following ways: abusive or threatening or inciting hate towards the Trust or others, obscene, defamatory or insulting, unlawful, contrary to the fulfilment of our charitable objectives.
