Our 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for members will be held online via Zoom on Thursday 7 November 2024 at 7pm.

The Bumblebee Conservation Trust’s 18th Annual General Meeting 

Booking is now open! The AGM is open to members only.

During the meeting we will hear from our Chair of Trustees, Angela Style, and receive an update about the Trust’s Bee Inspired project from Outreach and Volunteering Manager, Gurinder Atwal, and the Trust’s Bees on the Edge project from Project Manager, Katy Malone.

Voting

All voting will be conducted before the AGM via our Proxy Voting Form – there will be no votes cast on the day. Votes can be made online (you will need your membership number) or if you wish to vote by post, then contact us at membership@bumblebeeconservation.org or 01786 594 130 and we will send a paper form.

Only fully paid-up members of the Trust are entitled to vote on the resolutions that will be passed at the AGM. Voting closes 5pm on Thursday 24 October 2024.

Booking for this online event is essential. There is no charge to attend the meeting but there is an option to make a voluntary donation to the Trust if you wish.
