Regrettably, we are no longer able to provide a Bumblebee Enquiries service. We are unable to respond to your phone or email enquiry about bumblebee behaviour, identification or nests.
Information covering these topics and more can be found by using the search box or by visiting our Frequently Asked Questions.
Please do not send questions of this nature to the contact details below as these teams will be unable to respond.
Membership, donations and fundraising
Become a member, make a donation or raise money to help fund our vital work to save bumblebees using our Join and donate page.

Please note that our email inboxes and social media pages are only monitored between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We aim to respond within 5 working days, however, we cannot always respond to everyone.
We monitor and moderate our communication channels to encourage positive interactions.
